By using BidForge you agree to these Terms. If you are using BidForge on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Service description
BidForge provides AI-assisted analysis and drafting for tender, grant, procurement and RFP documents. The service is intended for professional and business use.
Accounts
You must create an account to use BidForge and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscription & billing
BidForge offers Personal (AUD $25/month), Business (AUD $50/month) and Enterprise (AUD $100/month) subscription plans. An active subscription is required to run new analyses. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful content, violating third-party rights, attempting to reverse engineer the service, or circumventing usage limits.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are informational and drafting assistance only. You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using outputs appropriately. BidForge does not guarantee grant approval, tender success, funding outcomes, contract awards or procurement outcomes. Always independently verify all information before submission.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of documents you upload and AI outputs you generate. We retain ownership of the BidForge platform, software and brand.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidForge is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
