BidForge is a paid product. You can cancel your subscription immediately from the billing portal at any time — access ends on cancellation.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions renew each month. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal — you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Because BidForge is a monthly, cancellable service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. In the following cases we will consider a refund:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Service outage materially affecting your ability to use the platform.
- Where required by consumer protection law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
To request a refund, email billing@bidforge.app within 30 days of the charge.
