- To generate the AI analyses and drafts you request.

AI processing
Documents you upload are processed by our AI models to produce analyses. Content is not used to train third-party foundation models. Analyses and documents are stored under your account only.
Data storage & security
Documents are encrypted at rest. Access is scoped to authenticated members of your workspace. We follow industry best practices for authentication, access control, and audit logging.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted subprocessors required to run the service (hosting, payments, transactional email).
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your account data at any time via account settings, or by contacting privacy@bidforge.app.
